During a recent interview, BTS‘ Jungkook reveals the two principles that make him a true performer, making his fans proud and always enjoying every one of his projects.
In conversation with Rolling Stone, the idol was asked about what his mindset is before going on stage, to which he answered, assuring that “of course I get nervous, but I try to enjoy it first. Even if I crack a note or stumble, putting all that aside, I tell myself to have fun.”
Jungkook continues, revealing that “Another thing I really value is—some will say appearance is important, expressions, outfit, everything—but I’m not great at multitasking,” so his focus goes to the two most important things to him.
“For me, it’s just two things: singing and dancing. Except for that, I don’t really care much. Even if my face isn’t perfect, that’s my real singing face. So except for those two things, I shut everything else out, because I need to give my best. People came to see the show; the quality matters most. As a performer and singer, that’s what’s most important.”
On social networks, fans reacted to this revelation with comments like, “And we love him for that🥰,” “He’s such a great artist who loves his work. His passion and love is so inspiring and remarkable,” “Yes singing and dancing are the most important and bts are always handsome so 🤏🏻,” “And that’s why he is GOAT,” “He has grown so much as an artist 🥺.”
