BTS’ Jin broke a few thousand hearts when he revealed there won’t be an encore for his “Run Seokjin Ep Tour.” During a Weverse livestream on July 23, 2025, he explained that no other venues were available for making these big, final shows that are so common among KPop stars. This reveal comes hot on the heels of J-Hope’s own encore shows for the HOPE ON THE STAGE World Tour, which had fans thinking Jin might take the same route.
“Unfortunately, we failed to reserve a concert venue, so I don’t think there will be [encore shows]”
The tour has been hyping fans for over a month, visiting cities in South Korea, Japan, the United States, and will soon visit the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. To make the news about not having encore shows less sour, Jin said he’s been hitting the gym lately. But in a funny twist, he revealed “Nothing’s showing much,” as the BTS members think he’s skinny just because their arms are huge.
As Jin closes out this chapter of his solo era, which spawned a tour and his two mini-albums “Happy” and “Echo,” the BTS crew and ARMY are gearing up for their full group comeback. Reports state that the “Dynamite” singers will return to the music scene by Spring 2026, with an album and a tour announcement.
