BTS announces a global theater event for “ARIRANG” tour concert

The ARIRANG World Tour continues their run in countries and movie theaters alike

BTS is giving fans another way to experience their “ARIRANG” world tour through a special cinema event called “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN: LIVE VIEWING.” The concert will be broadcast in theaters worldwide for one night only on June 13, 2026. On May 28, 2026, BTS released an official trailer for the event featuring footage from previous concerts and music from the album track “Fya.” The trailer brought up energetic performances from Jungkook, Jimin, V, Suga, RM, Jin, and J-Hope while building excitement for the upcoming Busan concert.

The Busan event follows earlier live cinema broadcasts from Goyang and Tokyo that took place in April 2026. The septet launched the “ARIRANG” tour earlier this year after returning from military service following the group’s hiatus in 2022. The latest album, “ARIRANG,” also became a major commercial success and spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Tickets for the Busan cinema screenings became available on the same day the trailer was released, allowing fans around the world to quickly reserve seats at participating theaters.

The Busan concert is especially meaningful because it marks BTS’ first performance at Busan Asiad Main Stadium since the group announced their temporary break from music to complete military service and focus on solo projects. At the moment, the “ARIRANG” world tour is expected to last around 11 months and includes about 80 concerts across 34 cities. BTS will also pause the tour briefly in July 2026 to perform at the FIFA World Cup Final halftime show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The group is scheduled to appear alongside Shakira and Madonna during the global event.
