Recent updates revealed that BTS’ album ‘ARIRANG‘ surpassed 4 million preorders in the first week, breaking their personal records and becoming the fastest-selling album of all time.
According to album distributor YG PLUS, on January 23rd, the boy group’s upcoming fifth full-length album was reported to have sold over 4.06 million stock copies one week after pre-orders opened on January 16th.
With this achivement, the boys surpassed their previous record set by their fourth full-length album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL : 7.’ Back in 2020, the with which BTS logged 3.42 million pre-orders within its first week and eventually sell over 5 million copies.
Now, ‘ARIRANG,’ set to release on March 20th, holds the record for the fastest-selling album in terms of physical pre-orders, making all fans proud and sharing praise on social networks:
