Amid BLACKPINK‘s Deadline Tour, Lisa surprised her fans showing off her acting skills in the new and heartbreaking short film for her solo song ‘Dream‘, receiving great praise for the moving story and acting.
On August 13, the rapper released a new short film for her romantic solo song starring her alongside the Japanese actor and model Kentaro Sakaguchi, who would be playing her partner in this production she previously teased as “All good things must come to an end”.
The short film of 5:08 minutes long starts in a funeral and continues with the singer on the road. Then, the music stops to show the viewers a small clip of the lives of these characters and the desires of the protagonist in his other life.
The story ends with a sad plot twist and a touching scene of the singer mourning and saying goodbye to his partner while holding and spreading his ashes on a beautiful lake as he would love, breaking in tears all viewers who left comments like:
