Reports confirmed on October 29th, 2025, that she purchased a villa in the ultra-exclusive L’ARBRE 27 complex in Seoul’s Gangnam district. The complex is home to some of South Korea’s biggest names, including HYBE founder Bang Si Hyuk, who will now be her neighbor.
The L’ARBRE 27 complex has only 27 units, all built for maximum privacy and elegance. Prices range from around 14 million to over 31 million USD, with the top penthouses ranking among the most expensive in the country. The buildings are still under construction, featuring five underground levels and seven above-ground floors, and are expected to be ready soon.
But this isn’t Jisoo’s first high-end home! The BLACKPINK member already owns a property at Hannam The Hill, one of Seoul’s most famous luxury residences, and runs her company BLISSOO from the same area. Just like that, Jisoo proves that she’s becoming a quadruple threat between her music career, acting projects, fashion ambassadorships, and now her real estate power.
