Recently, posed for a photoshoot for the fashion magazine, Elle Korea. The idol looked astonishing, while also opening up her heart to talk about the BLACKPINK comeback, after the interviewer asked if the time she spent alone was sufficient nourishment for her group activities.

“While preparing my solo full-length album ‘Ruby,’ I learned and felt so much. I kept pushing forward, facing challenges, going through trial and error—and at some point, I realized I had become a little stronger. Since each of the other members also went through their journeys and came back, we’ve come to understand each other more deeply, and we’ve become a more flexible and mature team. I think these upcoming activities will feel special, both for me and for the other members.”
