BIGBANG‘s G-Dragon recently went viral for saving his cameraman from a dangerous concert accident, gaining much attention and praises from fans and netizens.
During the opening concert for the veteran boy group’s 20th anniversary world tour, ‘XX: COSMOS,’ the idol was spotted making gestures toward the camera director, who had moved close to the edge of the stage.
It seems that the cameraman got so focused on filming the idols that he didn’t notice he was on the board of the stage until G-Dragon, who was performing, warmed him and continued the show by putting him backwards with the staff member to protect him from the edge.

The video went quickly viral on social networks, earning praise and reaching a woman who identified herself as the camera director’s wife that left a comment sharing their gratitude for this protective reaction: “My husband told me that G-Dragon saved him that day.”
“The stage was about 2 meters high, and as you know, that part of the performance involves the members continuously coming closer. He was stepping backward while trying to frame the shot, and if it hadn’t been for G-Dragon, he could have fallen off the stage.”
The woman concluded by saying “once again, we are grateful for G-Dragon’s kindness. Thanks to him, my husband was able to come home safely,” a statement that earned the BIGBANG member much praise for this kind heart and professionalism.
