Princess Anne is back in the Royal spotlight, making her first public appearance in 2026. The well-known hard-working Princess has officially opened a university’s new campus building to welcome the school season.
On January 16, The Princess cut the ribbon on the brand new University of Gloucestershire campus situated on the site of the former Debenhams in Gloucester. The £75m campus will be the base for 1,200 staff and students, improving the university’s psychology, social work, and education departments.
The event drew the attention of the young generations, who attended the visit and even had the chance to speak with Princess Anne. This reinforces King Charles III’s efforts to be closer to the young people across the land.
In addition, Princess Anne also opened the South Coast Institute of Technology’s ‘SMART Centre’ in Southampton. The center is focused to equip students with knowledge and practical skills. The busy schedule of Princess Anne proves once again how much she loves to work for the British crown.
