A luxury penthouse once rented by Ariana Grande during the production of “Wicked” and “Wicked: For Good” is now available for purchase. Her former house is located within Buxmead, an exclusive residential development in Hampstead, London, and has been listed for £17 million, or approximately $23 million. Ariana lived in the property while working on the two Wicked films, which were partially filmed at Elstree Studios. In addition, she references the location of the residence on “Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead” with a song titeld “Hampstead.”
The penthouse covers approximately 9,677 square feet across two levels and includes several high-end features. The main floor contains a large reception room with floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound terraces overlooking Kenwood House and Hampstead Heath. The primary suite includes dual dressing rooms and a spacious bathroom. A private elevator connects the main level to a lower floor that features a dining room, study, bar, cinema, gym, and games room. The property also includes an additional bedroom and a private six-car garage.
Residents of the development have access to more than 15,000 square feet of shared amenities. These include an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, spa, sauna, residents’ lounge, and an 18-seat theater. The development sits on 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens and offers full-time security. Grande previously spoke positively about her experience living in north London, saying she enjoyed exploring local shops, restaurants, and pubs while working on the “Wicked” films. Now that production has wrapped, the property has officially returned to the market.
