After releasing her first single, \u201cDon’t Go Yet<\/strong>\u201d, Camila Cabello<\/strong> soon revealed the title of her third solo studio album: it will be \u201cFamilia<\/strong>\u201d. She explained that the concept has a lot to do with quarantine and the time she spent closest to her family in Miami, which inspired her a lot.<\/p>\n

\u201c‘Don’t Go Yet’ is the first song on my next album, ‘Familia’. This album was inspired by two things: family and food. His blood family, but also his chosen family. Who do you want to sit at the dinner table, drink wine and dance with in the living room<\/strong><\/em>\u201d she explained on Twitter.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/figure>\n \n

Already betting heavily on promotion, Camila Cabello gave an interview to Zane Lowe<\/strong> at Apple Music<\/strong> and talked about this concept of the album \u201cFamilia\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want it to be that kind of family in an intimate way, because that makes me happy<\/strong><\/em>\u201d Camila shared.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt would make my life better and that’s what I want, so that’s what I was trying to express with this whole album.<\/strong><\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I think ‘Don Don’t Go Yet’ is just me being free, sonically and melodically. I think being in Miami for so long and having more family around me and speaking more Spanish made me have feelings, I don’t know, it just brought me back<\/strong><\/em>\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think my roots went down in a way that I really needed to. And I think this album for me was a manifestation.<\/strong><\/em>\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/figure>\n \n
