She stated that the decision to prohibit fans from having their own water bottles was &#8220;<em><strong>criminal<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; and said the company must be held accountable for its actions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Hilton submitted a bill that makes it &#8220;<strong>mandatory<\/strong>&#8221; to provide free water at concerts.
