The Kid LAROI<\/strong> is ready to shake up the pop game. Now, if you need some context, you should know that this Australian hitmaker first rose to stardom after his collab with pop king Justin Bieber<\/strong> in “STAY<\/strong>.” Shortly after, he went on to drop his mixtape, “F*ck Love,”<\/strong> and recently, he has been making waves with Jungkook of BTS<\/strong> and Central Cee with the super bop “TOO MUCH.<\/strong>” Now, this pop sensation is ready to slay once more with his new single.<\/p>\n

We are talking about “WHAT JUST HAPPENED<\/strong>” (yes, stylized in caps), which was dropped today, October 27th<\/strong>. Lyrically, the song does not stand too far from “TOO MUCH,” but it does bring a switch-up in terms of sound – and we’re here for it, talk about The Kid LAROI being a vers king! Unlike its predecessor, this track sounds much more nostalgic and incorporates elements of pop and rock, while “TOO MUCH” focuses a little more on its rap and R&B influences.<\/p>\n

The song didn’t come unannounced. Being the king that he is, LAROI first performed it<\/strong> on his “End of the World Tour,” and even posted a snippet of it on the Internet in 2022<\/strong>. But the wait is over, and all this time we spent hoping for a complete version was totally worth it!<\/p>\n
