Kim Chaewon will return to his activities on November 1st<\/em>&#8220;, hoping that this will put an end to all defamation.<\/p>\n<p>On October 25th, G-Dragon was officially booked without arrest under the charge of consumption of <strong>illegal<\/strong> psychotropic substances.
