Seongmin has revealed he has been going through a journey<\/strong> with family matters, particularly his mother\u2019s health issues<\/strong> that ultimately made him go take a difficult decision, the idol is set to go on hiatus<\/strong> for a while.<\/p>\n

On October 11, Seongmin\u2019s music agency, Starship Entertainment<\/strong> released a short but clarifying statement regarding the idol\u2019s current situation with his mother. The label stated: \u00a0 “We’d like to inform you about the hiatus of CRAVITY member Seongmin’s activities. Seongmin’s mother is about to undergo a major surgery due to illness.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Starship Entertainment also clarified that this hiatus is going to take a while, so CRAVITY will continue<\/strong> on as 8 members without Seongmin this time.<\/p>\n
