This time, he has made K-pop history in the United Kingdom, and his fans, better known as the ARMY, were ready to<strong> celebrate<\/strong> it.<\/p>\n<p>The UK\u2019s Official Single\u00a0 Charts are typically regarded as the UK equivalent of Billboard\u2019s U.S. Charts, and it is one of the biggest markets worldwide.
