In a recent interview, Sana<\/strong>, a member of the girl group TWICE<\/strong>, shared with her fans a worrying diet<\/strong> she followed during her time as a trainee at her agency JYP Entertainment<\/strong> after gaining weight due to stress.<\/p>\n

The K-Pop idol participated in the YouTube<\/strong> program of the content creator DEX<\/strong>, called ‘DEX’s Fridge Interview<\/strong>‘, where the Japanese remembered her days as a trainee under the renowned record agency, at that time she shared the following:<\/p>\n

“During my trainee years, I often gained weight due to stress. When I gained weight, I had to diet. Sometimes I would only eat eight cherry tomatoes throughout the day<\/strong><\/em>“.<\/p>\n

Although this worried her fans, Sana’s following responses showed that she was fine, as the singer also shared that she was a bit rebellious<\/strong> with these strict diets, as she couldn’t help but eat delicious food<\/strong> sometimes:<\/p>\n

“I ate my first jokbal when I was a trainee, and I totally fell in love with the taste. It was amazing! As you can imagine, I had to secretly eat Jokbal at that time<\/strong><\/em>“.<\/p>\n

“I wasn’t allowed to eat jokbal because I was on a diet; I would be scolded if they caught me eating it. Because I wanted it so much, what I did was buy jokbal at the supermarket right next to our dorm and finish it all before returning to the dorm place<\/strong><\/em>“.<\/p>\n
