PETA<\/strong> (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) accused BTS<\/strong> via social media of contributing to animal cruelty due to their promotions for McDonald’s. The BTS x McDonald’s collaboration meal officially launched on May 26, and the international fast food chain also released a commercial with the Big Hit Music<\/strong> group.<\/p>\n

Soon after, PETA Asia began accusing BTS of promoting cruelty to animals.<\/p>\n

The animal rights organization posted a picture on their Instagram account in which they said: “The association with McDonald’s on BTS’s food shows that BTS doesn’t care about<\/em> chickens that suffer and cut their throats by McNuggets. Promote love, not cruelty!<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n
