Olivia Rodrigo<\/strong> is currently promoting her second studio album titled “Guts.”<\/strong> <\/em>The release of the record came with great anticipation, especially considering the debut of her first “Sour,”<\/strong><\/em> which has sold about 8 million units, and it’s still moving about 40k weekly units two years after its initial release.<\/p>\n

Now, we got the follow-up to the singer’s first album, which has not fallen short and might replicate the success<\/strong> we saw a few years ago. It all started with “Vampire,”<\/strong> <\/em>a smash hit that topped the Spotify and Apple Music lists, and subsequently went on to get the number one spot<\/strong> on the Billboard Hot 100.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The mega song was followed by “\u2018Bad Idea, Right?,”<\/strong> <\/em>which had a more discrete success in the charts but still positioned the project and showcased Olivia’s ability<\/strong> in the pop-rock genre.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

With this, it is safe to say that “Guts” has pretty much replicated<\/strong> the results “Sour” was able to earn. Olivia’s first studio album debuted with 60.5 million streams on Spotify<\/strong>, while “Guts” obtained 60.4 million<\/strong>. The project is currently #1 globally<\/strong> and all its tracks have managed to get a spot in the top 40.<\/p>\n

Thanks to these results, the 20-year-old singer will see her second studio album debuting at number one on the Billboard 200<\/strong>, but we are yet to see what the final result for the album it is going to look like. The album was released in different formats<\/strong>, including 4 vinyl versions<\/strong> each with a new added track, which will probably cause an additional sales boost for the “Driver’s License” singer.<\/p>\n
