Despite the fact that media outlets speculated he might come back to star in the <strong><em>\u2018Pirates of the Caribbean,\u2019<\/em><\/strong> their illusions <strong>vanished<\/strong> after it was confirmed he is not going to be part of the cast.<\/p>\n<p>Depp\u2019s fans stated there is <strong>no future<\/strong> for the franchise without Johnny in it because he is the starring role and the heart of the movie with his character,<em> \u2018Jack Sparrow.\u2019<\/em> In addition, <strong>they were outraged on social media, sharing several posts criticizing the production and Disney itself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-84581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pirates-of-the-caribbean-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pirates-of-the-caribbean-6.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pirates-of-the-caribbean-6-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pirates-of-the-caribbean-6-768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/pirates-of-the-caribbean-6-750x469.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This new release is set to be a reboot with a new Jack Sparrow, but there is<strong> no official statement<\/strong> regarding whether this would be a sequel from previous movies or a whole new<strong> start<\/strong> for Pirates of the Caribbean.<\/p>\n<p>It was reported that <em>\u2018The Last of Us\u2019<\/em> creator was working on the script for the sixth installment of the franchise.
