However, he showed himself <strong>surprised<\/strong> in his cameo in <em><strong>\u2018The Flash\u2019<\/strong> <\/em>embodying Superman.<\/p>\n<p>Nicolas Cage&#8217;s role as Superman brought him numerous problems due to a<strong> canceled project<\/strong> where he was set to star. However, Nicolas seemed <strong>surprised<\/strong> with his cameo in the movie, because is a clear<strong> reference<\/strong> to Superman Lives, a movie that wasn\u2019t produced because of numerous difficulties back in 1998, and he had a <strong>second chance<\/strong> on The Flash movie to star as Superman.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicolas Cage<\/strong> had a conversation with <strong>USA Today<\/strong> and commented he is glad he made it into the movie with a character he wanted to do since the cancelation of his movie. <em>\u201c<strong>Finally seeing it on screen, was satisfying<\/strong>. But as I said, it&#8217;s quick.
