Allegedly, they reduced considerably his possibilities of winning the trial and must find <strong>alternatives<\/strong> to convince the jury during the next couple of months.<\/p>\n<p>The Duke of Sussex\u2019s long-standing legal battle against British tabloids such as <strong>\u2018The Sun\u2019<\/strong> didn\u2019t have the outcome he was waiting for., as Judge, Timothy Fancourt, concluded that Prince Harry\u2019s accusations have<strong> inconsistencies<\/strong>. They were <strong>solely based<\/strong> on his declarations in his memoir, <em>Spare<\/em>, released on January 2023.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p><em>&#8220;To hold people to account for what they have done, so that they can&#8217;t hide behind their own institution or organization. I\u2019m determined to get to the bottom of it once and for all. Members of the <strong>Royal Family get cast into a specific role by the tabloid press<\/strong>&#8220;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/figure>\n        \n<p>The judge highlighted the\u00a0 <em><strong>\u201clack of credibility\u201d <\/strong><\/em>and<em><strong> \u201cthe improbability of a secret agreement being made\u201d<\/strong><\/em> between the British tabloids and the British monarchy to attack Prince Harry.
