In addition, he filed a <strong>lawsuit<\/strong> against British tabloids for<strong> invading<\/strong> his private life and disclosing information, however, he did not emerge victorious from either of the two disputes.<\/p>\n<p>Considering the impact of Prince Harry\u2019s declarations, he found himself going to the United Kingdom to <strong>testify<\/strong> in court against British tabloids such as<strong> The Sun<\/strong>, a couple of times. However, <strong>the judge concluded there was <em>\u201cno reasonable prospect\u201d<\/em> of the prince proving during the trial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p><em>\u201cHe<strong> already knew<\/strong> that in relation to the News of the World, and he could easily have found out by making basic inquiries that he was likely to have a similar claim in relation to articles published by the Sun.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/figure>\n        \n<p>Finally, the judge declared the\u00a0 <em><strong>\u201clack of credibility\u201d<\/strong><\/em> and <em>\u201cthe improbability of a secret agreement being made\u201d<\/em> as an inconsistency in the duke\u2019s case.
