However, it looks like the royal couple\u2019s plans are not going as well as they thought since it was recently revealed that they were <strong>not able<\/strong> to trademark the name of one of their current projects, \u2018<em>Archetypes.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Earlier this week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex<strong> submitted<\/strong> a request to trademark the name <em>\u2018Archetypes\u2019<\/em>, which is the name of the podcast that Meghan produced for Spotify when it was announced that their production company, Archwell Audio, and the streaming giant decided to<strong> part ways<\/strong> after just one season.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-74379\" src=\"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/meghan-and-harry-unable-to-trademark-archetypes.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/meghan-and-harry-unable-to-trademark-archetypes.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/meghan-and-harry-unable-to-trademark-archetypes-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/meghan-and-harry-unable-to-trademark-archetypes-768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/meghan-and-harry-unable-to-trademark-archetypes-750x469.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>However, the United States Patent and Trademark Office denied their request as, according to the <strong>Daily Mail<\/strong>, <strong>they both failed to sign their own application to the regulatory body<\/strong> and <strong>there is already an existing trademark by Arizonian firm Archetypes LLC<\/strong> which gives them the rights to use the name \u2018Archetypes.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Prince Harry and Meghan Markle\u2019s lawyers are currently looking for options to solve the situation so they requested a three-month extension to <strong>resubmit<\/strong> their petition to the U.S. government. It looks like the royal couple wants to protect their projects and <strong>avoid losing<\/strong> them like with Meghan\u2019s blog, <em>\u2018The Tig.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prince Harry and Meghan Markle gave up on their royal titles in 2020 and moved to the United States to start a new life.
