Earlier this week, Harry achieved a small victory<\/strong> after it was reported that the conservative organization failed to convince the judge to compel<\/strong> the Department of Homeland Security to release the records.<\/p>\n

Jimmy Wolfrey, DHS Senior Director, revealed that the Duke of Sussex’s visa application records will remain private<\/strong> as The Heritage Foundation was unsuccessful<\/strong> in persuading the judge to demand that the U.S. government release the documents: \u201cTo the extent records exist, this office does not find a public interest in disclosure sufficient to override the subject\u2019s privacy interests.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

A few weeks ago, Mike Howell, director of the Heritage Oversight Project, claimed in an interview with the Australian newspaper \u2018The Herald Sun\u2019<\/em><\/strong> that Harry might have lied<\/strong> during his visa application process, as he admitted in his memoir, Spare<\/em>, that he used drugs<\/strong> when he was younger and he was required to disclose this information with the immigration officers.<\/p>\n

Samuel Dewey, the lawyer of the Heritage Foundation, reacted to the news and said that the unwillingness to release the records \u201cshows an appalling lack of transparency<\/strong> by the Biden Administration<\/em>\u201d and assured that the battle will continue<\/strong> in court:<\/p>\n
