The second installment, <em>\u2018Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse\u2019<\/em> premiered on May 30, and in just two weeks, it has become one of the<strong> highest-grossing<\/strong> movies of the year and even <strong>surpassed<\/strong> the one released in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>During its second weekend, \u2018Across the Spider-Verse\u2019 grossed an estimated <strong>$55 million<\/strong> in the United States and $225.4 million around the world.
