However, he is also at the center of a new <strong>controversy<\/strong> in the United States due to his <strong>immigration records<\/strong> which might be released to the public in the next few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>A few weeks ago, the Heritage Foundation filed a complaint to <strong>demand<\/strong> that the U.S. government release the information about Harry\u2019s application process. According to the conservative organization, the Department of Homeland Security should have denied the Duke of Sussex entry to the country because he admitted to using <strong>drugs<\/strong> in his memoir, <em>Spare<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-72334\" src=\"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Prince-Harrys-immigration-records-might-be-released-to-the-public-in-the-next-few-weeks-.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Prince-Harrys-immigration-records-might-be-released-to-the-public-in-the-next-few-weeks-.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Prince-Harrys-immigration-records-might-be-released-to-the-public-in-the-next-few-weeks--300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Prince-Harrys-immigration-records-might-be-released-to-the-public-in-the-next-few-weeks--768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Prince-Harrys-immigration-records-might-be-released-to-the-public-in-the-next-few-weeks--750x469.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On June 6, the hearings began at the federal court in Washington D.C. and <strong>Carl Nichols<\/strong>, the judge in the case, told the DHS that <strong>they have until June 13 to decide if they are going to comply with the Heritage Foundation\u2019s request and release the records or if they are going to expedite a Freedom of Information Act request<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, one of the lawyers representing DHS said that <em>\u201cthere is no need for the rapid release of Prince Harry&#8217;s documents\u201d<\/em> as <em>\u201ca person&#8217;s visa status is confidential.\u201d<\/em> If the U.S. government <strong>refuses<\/strong> to release the documents, the hearings will continue and Judge Nichols will be the one to decide if it is <strong>relevant<\/strong> or not to make them public.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prince Harry is back in the United Kingdom to testify in court as part of the case against Mirror Group Newspapers.
