Jon Batiste<\/strong> is one of the most acclaimed musicians of our time. In 2022, he took home five Grammy Awards including Album of the Year for his album \u201cWe Are.\u201d<\/em> Surprisingly, he recently revealed that Kim Taehyun<\/strong> of BTS<\/strong> is one of his biggest inspirations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It is clear that BTS is one of the most influentia<\/strong>l K-Pop acts in the current musical landscape as several artists such as Chris Martin, Halsey, and Becky G have approached the boy band to collaborate<\/strong> with them. Similarly, more new and already-established musicians are citing the group as inspiration each day.<\/p>\n

The American jazz singer is the latest one to do so as he revealed that V is one of his inspirations. A few months ago, several of his followers told Batiste on Twitter that he should approach<\/strong> Taehyun at the 2022 Grammy Awards and he answered that he would love to meet<\/strong> the South Korean artist.<\/p>\n

During the ceremony, the two artists actually exchanged a few words and took several photos together. A couple of hours later, they shared a funny video on social media where V can be seen teaching Batiste to speak Korean. More recently, the acclaimed artist reiterated on Twitter that Kim Taehyung is one of his biggest inspirations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
