Mr. Justice Chamberlain, who was the judge in charge of the legal bid, rejected Harry\u2019s petition and sided with RAVEC:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p><em>\u201c<strong>It was not appropriate to support an outcome whereby wealthy individuals could \u2018buy\u2019 Protective Security from specialist police officers<\/strong> (potentially including armed officers), in circumstances where RAVEC has determined that the public interest does not warrant that individual receiving such Protective Security on a publicly-funded basis.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/figure>\n        \n<p>After the ruling was made public, the Duke of Sussex\u2019s lawyers revealed that they are going to <strong>continue<\/strong> looking for solutions as soon as possible because Prince Harry will likely continue visiting the United Kingdom in the future so his <strong>security<\/strong> is a priority.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prince Harry has been involved in several scandals in the last few years due to his controversial comments about the royal family.
