Prince William<\/strong> of the United Kingdom, has been accused by his younger brother, Prince Harry<\/strong>, of having received a large sum of money in exchange for withdrawing a series of complaints filed against the British newspaper ‘The Sun<\/strong>‘ for allegedly hacking calls and voicemails. As some of us know, the Duke of Sussex is the one who is currently suing this newspaper and also the Daily Mail<\/strong>, for exactly the same accusations that William and the British royals have made in the past.<\/p>\n

Buckingham Palace and Rupert Murdoch<\/strong>‘s News Group Newspapers, the publisher in charge of publishing The Sun newspaper, reached a secret settlement over the historic hacking<\/strong> allegations. This is according to court documents filed on behalf of Prince Harry in the High Court in London, UK.<\/p>\n

The published documents are part of the lawsuit<\/strong> that the youngest son of King Charles III<\/strong> is making against the media group that allegedly made an illegal<\/strong> collection of information.<\/p>\n

These documents claim that NGN reached a secret agreement<\/strong> with Prince William in exchange<\/strong> for a huge sum of money<\/strong>. In view of such a statement, this would be something really controversial, since the future monarch of the country would have submitted to be bribed in exchange for money.<\/p>\n

Officials at Kensington Palace, which represents Prince William, told the prestigious CNN<\/strong> portal that it does not comment on legal proceedings made by any member of the family. Buckingham Palace reiterated the same position when asked about the issue.<\/p>\n

In the documents published by Prince Harry’s legal team, it is assured that William received a “very large sum<\/strong><\/em>” from the owner of The Sun to resolve the accusations<\/strong> that the prince’s phone was tapped without the need to go to court.<\/p>\n
