{"id":6674,"date":"2020-11-18T15:30:29","date_gmt":"2020-11-18T23:30:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/?p=6674"},"modified":"2020-11-18T04:29:22","modified_gmt":"2020-11-18T12:29:22","slug":"little-mixs-jesy-nelson-announces-temporary-departure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.musicmundial.com\/en\/little-mixs-jesy-nelson-announces-temporary-departure\/","title":{"rendered":"Little Mix&#8217;s Jesy Nelson announces temporary departure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>29-year-old<\/strong> singer <strong>Jesy Nelson,<\/strong> is taking an &#8216;<strong>extended hiatus<\/strong>&#8216; from the girl band due to a <strong>&#8216;private medical reason&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After she missed the <strong>MTV EMA<\/strong> performance and a show, her agency released an <strong>statement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p>\u201cJesy is having extended time off from Little Mix for private medical reasons,\u201d a statement from the group\u2019s PR Simon Jones said. \u201cWe will not be issuing any further comment currently and ask media to please respect her privacy at this time.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/figure>\n        \n<p>Jesy&#8217;s <strong>breakup<\/strong> comes after the success of <strong>Little Mix.<\/strong> Everything is happening too fast, their new album &#8216;Confetti&#8217; and have their own talent shows <strong>&#8220;Little Mix: The Search&#8221;<\/strong> where the members reunited other bands to compite theyselves.<\/p>\n<p>As we know, <strong>Jesy<\/strong> has been in the girl band since their formation at <strong>X-Factor<\/strong> in <strong>2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two weeks ago, Jesy was forced to withdraw from the final of <strong>Little Mix: The Search<\/strong>, after getting sick.
