Earlier this month, it was reported that he could get in trouble with American immigration officials due to shocking confessions of substance abuse in his memoir, <em>Spare<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Neama Rahmani, the former federal prosecutor, claimed that the admission of drug use is usually grounds for<strong> inadmissibility<\/strong> when he was asked about Harry\u2019s declarations. James Leonard is an expert in immigration matters and he expressed his<strong> disagreement<\/strong> with the Duke of Sussex\u2019s deportation from the United States:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p><em>I do not envision any viable scenario where revelations in a memoir related to experimental and recreational drug use would lead to any immigration consequences for Prince Harry.
