Prince Edward and Prince William had a heated <strong>confrontation<\/strong> before he met Kate in 2002. Back then, Edward had a television company, Ardent Productions, which focused on royal matters and he decided to sneak into William\u2019s private life and took photos of his life as a student.<\/p>\n<p>William confronted him and asked his father, King Charles III, to close the company immediately. Ardent Productions was going through a financial<strong> crisis<\/strong> and had been highly criticized due to their low efforts which led to Edward leaving the company the same year.<\/p>\n<p>However, this did not affect the friendship between their wives.
