This is the Prince\u2019s first move to try and<strong> clean his image<\/strong> and <strong>improve<\/strong> the public perception of him and his wife, <strong>Meghan Markle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The main reason that led him to sue the publisher of the<strong> Daily Mirror<\/strong> newspaper, one of the most recognized and read publications in the United Kingdom, is the alleged <strong>hacking of his phone <\/strong>to obtain <strong>private information<\/strong> about him and the royal family. According to the Duke of Sussex, his phone was repeatedly hacked between <strong>1996<\/strong> and <strong>2011<\/strong> on behalf of journalists of the MGN group to try and get information about his life and publish stories to <strong>profit<\/strong> from it.<\/p>\n<p>It is not a secret that Prince Harry is one of the most <strong>controversial figures<\/strong> in the royal family so he has become an easy <strong>target<\/strong> for the tabloids which like to take advantage of the <strong>scandals<\/strong> that surround him.
