In order to prevent curious people from loitering around the area where the residence is located or those who request a visit just to see what the property looks like inside, the real<\/strong> estate<\/strong> agency has requested certain requirements to provide an appointment to potential buyers.<\/p>\n

According to Spanish media, the property is valued at 14 million euros and is located in an exclusive area of Barcelona<\/strong>, in Esplugues de Llobregae. The property consists of 3,810 square meters and was built in 2012.<\/p>\n
