This could be their ticket to the Qatar 2022 World Cup.<br \/>C<\/p>\n<p> The rumors gained momentum after an ambassador spoke about the host country&#8217;s plans.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Through Asian media, it was reported that Korea&#8217;s ambassador to Qatar, Lee Joonho, revealed plans for the FIFA World Cup. The plan is to promote Korean culture during the event and attract tourism to the host country.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;<em><strong>There are expectations for BTS to perform and visit Doha<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; were the diplomat&#8217;s words.<\/p>\n<p>The ambassador clarified that it could be during the run-up to the World Cup and they are reportedly already budgeted to visit and perform in the capital of Qatar, host of the soccer tournament.<\/p>\n<p> BTS would be the first K-Pop act to perform at a World Cup as representatives of <strong>Asia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BTS could make it to FIFA&#8217;s most important event.
