Unauthorized copies of BTS\u2019 single \u201cSwim\u201d<\/strong> have reportedly appeared for sale on the Chinese online marketplace Temu, sparking concerns about the protection of the group\u2019s intellectual property. Professor Seo Kyoung-duk of Sungshin Women\u2019s University said on September 15, 2026, that he confirmed the listings after receiving reports from BTS fans and shared a screenshot of one of the advertisements.<\/p>\n

In March, 2026, unauthorized products appeared on major Chinese online marketplaces following the group\u2019s comeback concert in Gwanghwamun. According to Seo, platforms including Taobao and AliExpress have also advertised merchandise featuring the ARIRANG logo without authorization, including T-shirts and accessories.
