During the Edinburgh TV Festival on August 26, Netflix executive Manda Levin responded to Meghan Markle\u2019s rumored casting, saying, \u201cAll bets are off.\u201d By August 19, the Sussex couple were rumored to relocate to the United Kingdom to continue having a private, non-royal life with their children.
