The idol now faces audience scrutiny once again amid a comeback.<\/p>\n<p>On August 26, <strong>the Seoul Western District Prosecutors\u2019 Office summarily indicted PSY and Professor A on July 22 for potentially violating the Medical Service Act<\/strong>. The professor was also allegedly issued the prescriptions without conducting in-person consultations.<\/p>\n<p>The case became infamous in South Korea as Xanax and Stilnox are psychotropic medications subject to stricter controls due to their potential for <strong>misuse and dependence<\/strong>.
