For the gala, Meghan Markle donned Princess Diana\u2019s diamond and sapphire earrings with a dress by Canadian designer Greta Constantine, while Prince Harry wore a black tuxedo and bow tie. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been friends with the music producer for years. In 2019, Foster arranged the couple\u2019s stay at a mansion on Vancouver Island. He later told the Daily Mail that he was happy to be able to help them find a place to relax and take time off.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p>\u201cI felt honored that I was able to help Meghan there because I\u2019m a Canadian, and we\u2019re a Commonwealth country; we\u2019re the Crown\u2019s.
