Prince Harry and Meghan Markle<\/strong> have confirmed that they will travel to the United Kingdom with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in July 2026. The trip will mark the children\u2019s first visit to their father\u2019s home country since June 2022, when they attended celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II\u2019s Platinum Jubilee. Archie, now 7, and Lilibet, now 5, are expected to stay with their parents at a combination of royal residences and private accommodations. Even though the two kids will be present during the trip, they are not expected to attend their parents\u2019 royal engagements.<\/p>\n Prince Harry<\/strong> has previously said that he does not feel it is safe to bring his family to the U.K. after losing taxpayer-funded police protection in 2020. A review of his security arrangements by the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures has not yet been completed. However, if the Sussex family stays at one of King Charles\u2019 residences, they would receive the existing security protection provided at that property. Buckingham Palace announced on June 19, 2026, that King Charles had offered the Sussexes accommodation on a royal estate, though the specific location was not revealed.<\/p>\n During the trip, Prince Harry and Meghan will participate in several engagements connected to the Invictus Games Foundation and Harry\u2019s charitable work. They will attend meetings at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, visit Birmingham Children\u2019s Hospital for a WellChild anniversary event, and take part in activities marking one year until the 2027 Invictus Games in Birmingham.
