The movie is based on the popular series \u201cNew Recruit,\u201d and it will mark Jeongyeon&#8217;s first screen appearance in about ten years. The TWICE member is expected to take on the role of a military nurse officer, introducing audiences to a different side beyond music and performances.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, TWICE is reportedly in another contract renewal period with JYP Entertainment. The KPop agency stated that discussions are ongoing and that both the company and the members are carefully reviewing their options and will reveal the final decision once the process is finalized. TWICE originally debuted in October 2015 and renewed their contracts together in July 2022.
