In his message, he highlighted that the German festival welcomed competitors from 11 nations and said the event would help shape the inaugural Invictus Australia Sports Festival later in 2026. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle last attended Trooping the Colour in 2019 as active royals, before stepping back from the royal family in 2020. The pair attended the event once again in\u00a02022 during Queen Elizabeth&#8217;s Platinum Jubilee, but they did not join the rest of the royal family members on the Buckingham Palace balcony. Instead, they watched from the Major General&#8217;s Office.
