So what I found was to really improve your fitness and to get your legs really strong, [for] riding short, the best thing for it is to ride a bicycle without the saddle, <strong>no seat. It really works.<\/strong>&#8216; Just the thought was painful.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/figure>\n        \n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite the royal reporter <strong>declining<\/strong> to test the King\u2019s advice, she has completed the rigorous jockey fitness assessments ahead of the charity cancer event.
