WOODZ<\/strong> and his music agency, EDAM Entertainment<\/strong>, are currently in the eye of the storm over the controversy of the idol\u2019s overseas schedule. They have addressed the recruitment call for unpaid \u201cvolunteer\u201d staff for the upcoming stops in different cities across the globe.<\/p>\n

Recently, an advertisement appeared on an online community recruiting “volunteers”<\/em> willing to work as staff during WOODZ’s ‘Archive. 1’<\/em> tour stop in Berlin, Germany<\/strong>. The post became the last nail in the coffin for the K-Netizens, who concluded EDAM entertainment is taking fans for granted.<\/p>\n

Even though the recruits will be given random tasks such as crowd management, MD sales, food service, etc, along with the benefits of meal coverage and an opportunity to watch the show, there is still a controversy<\/strong> over the \u201cvolunteers\u201d<\/em> status of the show.<\/p>\n

Now, a representative of EDAM Entertainment has clarified about the controversy and released a short but substantial statement to enlighten the fans and K-Netizens who are currently in a rage mood:<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The truth about the recent incident has been obtained from the local concert organizer. At the time, EDAM Entertainment did not properly confirm the parameters of the recruitment. To address these and other shortcomings caused by WOODZ’s world tour, we will work closely with the local organizers to take all necessary measures<\/strong>.
