The fashion event is scheduled for May 4, 2026, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. This year\u2019s theme is \u201cCostume Art,\u201d and the dress code is \u201cFashion Is Art.\u201d Despite the date coming near, the eight-member team has not confirmed any plans to attend as a group or as individual members.<\/p>\n

A small break in their tour schedule could make it possible<\/h2>\n

The main reason ARMYs think an appearance is possible is the group\u2019s ARIRANG world tour schedule. BTS is set to perform in El Paso on May 2 and May 3, 2026. After that, the group has a short break before continuing the tour in Mexico City on May 7, May 9, and May 10, 2026. This leaves a window that could technically give them time to travel to New York for one of fashion\u2019s biggest nights.<\/p>\n
