Local reports released on April 29, 2026, said the claim totals 7 billion won, which is about 4.73 million dollars. The amount includes 5 billion won against Min and 2 billion won against Danielle\u2019s mother. The agency later requested a provisional seizure in January 2026 against Min and Danielle\u2019s mother, but not Danielle herself. The legal battle began after NewJeans decided to try terminating their contracts in November 2024, citing breach of trust and mismanagement. ADOR responded with another lawsuit, retaining the members and confirming the validity of their contracts. In the end, the court ruled in favor of ADOR, and Hyien, Haerin, and Hanni have returned to the company, while Minji\u2019s future in the group remains uncertain. Meanwhile, Daniele was removed from the group and sued by the company.<\/p>\n<p>The case became more tense during the first preparatory hearing on March 26, 2026. ADOR asked to delay the trial for about two months, but Danielle\u2019s side objected to the decision, saying the delay could hurt her solo career.
