That milestone extended BTS’ own record and showed that the boy group is still performing at a very high level on the global rankings. Even with some decline in weekly numbers, “SWIM” continued to lead the music competitions and stayed ahead of several other major songs for a third week.

According to Luminate, “SWIM” earned 83.3 million streams and sold 44,000 downloads worldwide during the April 3 to April 9 tracking period. On the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, the song obtained 72.2 million streams and 20,000 sales outside the United States. While its streaming and sales totals decreased compared with the previous week, the track still held the top position on both lists. That result shows the demand for BTS around the globe and the song’s continued popularity across many countries and regions.

BTS's "SWIM" has officially been the biggest song in the world for three weeks. 🌎

Details: https://t.co/VwfyPEXy1C pic.twitter.com/AMbaq4A5ly

— billboard (@billboard) April 14, 2026

Billboard Global 200 Top 10 – Week of April 18, 2026:

#1.
