Recent reports revealed that BTS<\/strong>‘ Suga<\/strong> is a co-author of the music-based social therapy manual of the ‘MIND Program’ after being a donator and professor who works with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.<\/p>\n

A clinical manual has been published for a music-based social skills training program for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder called ‘MIND Program,’<\/strong> which has been written by Professor Cheon Geun-ah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On March 18th, some reports from Korean media like Daum<\/a> drew attention by revealing that Suga actively participated in the creation of this manual as a co-author<\/strong>, alongside the leading authority in child and adolescent psychiatry.<\/p>\n

Professor Cheon said in the foreword that the BTS member’s participation reflects his understanding of the therapeutic power of music<\/strong> as well as his sincere commitment<\/strong> to this project. She also noted that the project could not have been undertaken without his support and that his contribution was crucial<\/strong> for the program’s implementation.<\/p>\n

BTS’ Suga’s historic donation to Severance Children’s Hospital<\/h2>\n

In 2025, it was revealed that the rapper donated 5 billion won, or $3.6 million, to Severance Children’s Hospital at Yonsei University in Seoul, enabling the creation of the Min Yoongi Treatment Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Suga not only helped establish this center focused on the treatment and social independence of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, but he also worked directly with experts and children in developing a social training program<\/strong> called the MIND Program.<\/p>\n
