In August, when Kanye West<\/strong> did his multiple auditions of the album \u201cDONDA\u201d, he caused controversy by taking Marilyn Manson<\/strong> and DaBaby<\/strong> to center stage. The reason for so much noise is that the two were “cancelled”. Even so, he made this provocation. In a recent interview with the Drink Champs<\/strong> podcast<\/strong>, the rapper defended that decision.<\/p>\n

DaBaby, for those who don’t remember, had homophobic<\/strong> and serophobic<\/strong> speeches (against HIV carriers) in the middle of a show. On the other hand, Marilyn Manson has multiple charges of rape<\/strong> and harassment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey’re going to hit you with the accusations of someone you were with 10 years ago<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, said Kanye West.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd also, there are women who have been through really serious things, put into alleys against their will \u2013 as different from a hug, but it’s classified as the same thing<\/strong><\/em>\u201d he blurted out.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/figure>\n \n

It appeared during the interview that Kanye West was making light of the \u201cMe Too<\/strong>\u201d movement, which encourages women to report cases of sexual abuse. For him, it’s not always fair.<\/p>\n
